Your Second Brain, Always Visible

My tasks, calendar, projects, notes, and other useful information already existed digitally—but seeing them meant opening an application and actively looking for them.

I wanted important information to remain visible without another screen demanding attention.

I connected my Obsidian knowledge system to an e-ink display.

A custom service reads structured Markdown and other data sources, determines what should be displayed, renders display-ready screens, and sends them to the device.

Different views can surface tasks, calendar information, projects, notes, highlights, meal planning, and other context.

Design principle: Inform, don't interrupt. The display is intentionally quiet. It provides ambient awareness without notifications, app switching, or another bright screen.
