Local-AI Document Pipeline
A document-processing workflow that turns captured paperwork into organized knowledge, extracting tasks, deadlines, metadata, and useful information automatically.
The Problem
Important information arrives through paperwork, screenshots, PDFs, receipts, forms, and other documents.
Capturing the document is easy. Turning it into something searchable and actionable is not.
The Solution
I built a workflow connecting mobile document capture with a local AI processing system and desktop knowledge base.
Documents are processed, classified, and converted into structured information.
The pipeline can identify useful metadata, extract tasks and deadlines, assign tags, and route the resulting Markdown into the appropriate location in the knowledge system.
